This is a gif from the VICE News Community Tab page on Youtube. I built the page from the ground up and managed it, producing gifs and stills daily. I also wrote the social copy and handled any community management that came up. It included new uploads as well as archival content.
When COVID-19 first started, I was part of a pop-up newsroom that created a state-wide database accessible to all Missourians, especially in rural areas with limited news coverage. As a digital strategist for the team, I helped create social media campaigns and infographics to easily share information, and stop disinformation, amid the pandemic.
This is a collection of “How To” videos that were made as Instagram Stories for the MUNCHIES account. I shot and produced every story and created a template for the series that other could reference once my internship was over.
